At Archadia, every order is shipped directly from our base in India, carefully packaged to ensure your collectibles arrive safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping to the US

All orders ship internationally from India. Estimated delivery time is 11–18 business days from dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page at any time.

Packaging

Every Archadia piece is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take packaging seriously because we know how much these pieces mean to you.

Delays

While we do everything to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
