Cancellation Policy

At Archadia, we process orders quickly to get your pieces to you as fast as possible. Because of this, our cancellation window is limited.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered fulfilment. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

How to Cancel

Email us immediately at archadia@archadiadecors.in with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”. We will do our best to action it before fulfilment begins.

Orders Already in Fulfilment

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once you receive the item.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials and labour are committed at that point.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
