At Archadia, we stand behind every product we ship.
Eligibility
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item significantly different from what was ordered
- Order cancelled within the eligible window (see Cancellation Policy)
- Return approved under our Return Policy
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the return window
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Custom orders (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Refund
- Email archadia@archadiadecors.in within 2 days of delivery
- Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos
- Our team reviews within 2–3 business days
- If approved, refund processed within 7–9 business days
