Refunds & Cancellations

At Archadia, we stand behind every product we ship.

Eligibility

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item significantly different from what was ordered
  • Order cancelled within the eligible window (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Return approved under our Return Policy

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the return window
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Custom orders (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email archadia@archadiadecors.in within 2 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos
  3. Our team reviews within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, refund processed within 7–9 business days
