Return Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Conditions of Return

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Any loss in value due to damage or improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount, as mutually agreed with Archadia.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at archadia@archadiadecors.in with your order details and photos of the item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–9 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
• Items returned outside the 2-day window
